African Art Laboratory: A Space for Creative Expression

AFRO-LAB is a platform providing opportunities for experimentation, observation, and practice in creative arts. We focus on exploring, discovering, and nurturing local talent across various art disciplines including music production, deejaying, percussion, singing, dancing, and event organizing in Northern Uganda.
Our current outreach programs include DJ training and singing at the juvenile correction center (Gulu remand home) and Hashtag Gulu, a community-based learning center for street children. Our studio space at Elephante Commons serves as a practice space for our beneficiaries.
